That perfect kiss
On the silver screen
She's for him and he's for her
There's never any in-between
But the film runs out
That's the final chapter
The credits run, the lights come up
No one wrote their ever-after
Back to you and me, Never so divine
We're both oddly stimulated, By our many, many crimes
It's imperfect love, But it feels so real
I'm completely devastated, By the way you make me feel
When you pass me by
My heart skips a beat
Pretty sure of coronary
If you put that on repeat
You lost the handcuff key
I broke the hacksaw blade
Narrowly we made escape
Just before the police raid
But that's you and me, Never so divine
We're both oddly stimulated, By our many, many crimes
It's imperfect love, But it tastes so real
I'm completely devastated, By the way you make me feel
<bridge>
You bruise an arm, but you're okay
I twist a spine, but I'm just fine
Lost half the loot along the way
At least we made it out in time
</bridge>
We're on another road
Clothes are quickly rearranging
Move that body faster, babe
I think the light ahead is changing
Cherry top from far behind
Red Alert, Warp Factor 8!
In fifteen miles the borderline
Our madness take another state!
But that's you and me, Never so divine
We're both oddly stimulated, By our many, many crimes
It's imperfect love, But I think it's real
Girl I'm fully stimulated, By the way you make me feel

Talk about kinky !
My favorite line "No one wrote their ever-after" brings up such a feeling of freedom and danger both ! I heard: "Are you ready for freewheeling ?"
The handcuff verse mentionning police but coming just after a love passion verse makes it blury: is it sexy handcuffs, is it law enforcement hand cuffs or is it both, tightly bind together ?
I love how it tilts from "imperfect love" to "Bonnie and Clyde".
