I have to thank YouTuber Adam Neely (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUHEPmg0sPo) for bringing the work of TicToc creator Scorefollower, who translates natural sounds into musical notation (so that others won't have to). The jumping off point for this piece was a lovely transcription of a cow vocalizing. Many things get featured in cowboy music - pick up trucks, dogs, beer, ex-wife Debra who took off one night down the Rio Grande. One thing that doesn't get enough credit is the cow. I used this cow melody as the jumping off point. I can't really hear it any more, but I know that it is there, and I like to think the cow would like what I've done here.

How can one resist listening to a song called "Tribute to Cow"? I can't, at least. Now, I won't lie.... I don't hear a cow... lol. But this is a well-done song. Good rhythm and slide guitar captures a nice country music flavor. And.... hmmm.. . Yes, I think I can picture a music video of a bunch of cows in a field, roaming around, eating grass, looking over the top of a barbed wire fence, and then one cow who inexplicably has gotten out and is wandering down the middle of a country road. Maybe with an Expedition trailing behind it, trying to figure out how to get around.... Anyway, thanks for sharing! I enjoyed it.
