I'm a sucker for the I to VI interval. Not sure which song did it in my past - maybe Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine? But it has an evocative, nostalgic influence on me. I like that you take time to get to it too - also kinda Floyd-like. But even more than that, I love the dissonant part around 2:30. I coulda took another 5 minutes of that! Feels like a 15th Arkka song to me ... :D (Easy for me to order up another song for you - Feb 1st seems like an eternity ago to me!)
Also, thanks for listening to my songs! I really appreciate your thoughts. And you were right, the boom in The Verdict is tympani. Good call!
I think it sounds like metal. The title perplexes me because it sounds dark and menacing. Do you have vocal melodies for any of your tracks? I would be interested in writing lyrics to your music. Do you sing?

Definitely like the slow head nodding feel of this. Cool.

Strong riffs. This needs a very strong rough voice. I still feel that it's closer to hard rock than metal. Don't care, good stuff!
