I don’t have to put a spell on you
When I could just make do with a curse
We aren’t going to play show and tell
But if we did we’d know who’s gonna hurt worse
I’ve got my scars you’ve got yours
You think that showing them off is gonna open doors
I’ve got scars they match yours
So at the end of all this what are we arguing for?
You could run back to your neighborhood
I’ll stand and watch you leave
I won’t shed a tear to see
the backside of you I won’t grieve
You better run go tell your mother
about your feelings
before you encounter something
that’ll leave you reeling
No one has to put up
with your narrative
long as you lead with violence
doesn’t matter how you live
who cares how you live

I like the main riff. It's an interesting choice to add the drums in the middle of verses. I'm a little lost on the beat without them. Your free-flowing lyric cadence gives me a little Lou Reed vibe. It kind of challenges your rhyme structure though. I think the second half of the song flows more smoothly than the first. But it's a cool feel and the production is good. Thanks for sharing this.
