Lyrics by the magnaminous @abudabard which immediately inspired an opportunity to include a nervous breakdown into a song.
Can we call it a loop if it's the same 4 chords but sometimes different rhythm? Sure.
Chords: D C G A
Breathe, baby.
You're thinkin' too much
without knowin' what you're thinkin' about.
Get worked up over a moment in time
that's been gone since before it arrived.
Just stop a minute and let go
you're holdin' on too tight.
That branch you're holding on to
isn't attached
and not one moment was made to last
so breathe.
Breathe, baby.
You're thinkin' too much
without knowin' what you're thinkin' about.
You're here,
life'll catch up
it always does.
So blink a little longer
and sink into the breath
take the rest
there are lots of moments left.
Breathe, baby.
You're thinkin' too much
without knowin' what you're thinkin' about.
You don't have to see it that way, or do you?
Give it thirty seconds, and overthink.
Breathe, baby.
You're thinkin' too much
without knowin' what you're thinkin' about.

The music adds a lot to these words. I like the quick rhythm. I've done a few counting meditations, so the counted breath made me smile. Your "panic" moment made me laugh! Very cute collab!

Nice collab. The descending loop works: you can definitely claim that challenge. Fun tempo shift at the bridge.

Always love your sense of humour @abudabard12514. Lovely vocal @fiddlerblick80. Your voice is ace. Love the breath half way through! Did I play a bar of 6...?ha ha ha.
We all need a reminder to breathe!

@abudabard12514, I really enjoy the humor in your lyrics. And this treatment by @fiddlerblick80 does the words justice. A really good collab!
