Heuristics Inc. says:
@elesimo and I did a song together last year, where I provided a backing track and they made it into a brilliant track with their own contributions. This year we decided to flip it around, so they did the original track and I finished out the song.
Be careful out there...
Beto says: I really liked how this turned out! @heuristicsinc build the whole track over a cassette loop that I made, and added so much tension and textures. I really felt like someone is coming after me when I heard the finished song for the first time!

Cracking stuff, folks. When the delayed percussion kicks in, this gets a great groove. That low synth drone is really effective at ramping up the ominous vibe.
I'd be tempted to stop the loop when the big drums come in to give things more of a contrast for the middle section, though. I'd probably also push the growling vocalisations further back in the mix. But this is darkly atmospheric in all the right ways.

Psychedelic, dense, dark. I always like the otherworldly feeling of backwardly played sounds. Delayed percussion is so atmospheric as well. Distorted growling vocals finally complement the whole picture. Great job!

Strange how reversing sounds always results in such creepyness. Of course that mean sawy bass also contributes to this, as does the highly delayed bass drum. The sound samples later in the song and the processed / possessed drums just make it even more terrifying. Truly an unsettling piece!

Great title, and the music is...unsettling. The polyrhythms evoke Irish and Korean folk dances. Not sure how the two styles would meld as a dance piece, but you have a sound track that brings in a gonzo mashup section.
I am always in awe of people who can make things like this work. Definitely an unsettled score.
