The music for this one has been bouncing around since the beginning of the month, really kinda struggled with the lyrics and guitar solo. Today I just kinda started noodling over it on guitar, still not totally happy with the guitar solo but this is a comp of two different takes.
The lyrics kinda just came out after fooling around with the guitar for a while, decided to keep it simple and repeat the same verse twice.
Right From The Left
This is the plan that we talked about
It’s not the one that we need
But life is too short to get caught about
And in the end we will see
If we could only just walk about
I see you planting the seed
It is the time that we fought about
And now I’m down on my knees
Come and run in the rain with me
And feel our feet getting wet
Come and ride on the train with me
Will make the right from the left

Cool guitar sound! The solo sounded great, with a another take shhould be perfect! This song has a relaxing groove and very carefree feeling, i like it!

I love the guitar interplay here, and that's a great jangly and warm tone. Really nice melody too with a cool and intriguing story. I subscribe to the I don't give a crap method of solo's as I'll never do the same one twice anyway so whatever happens to get played and or recorded is what it gets :D
Really cool and laid back tune!

I like how clear and ringing that guitar is. So pretty.
Makes me wonder what seeds are being planted, and what will grow from them.
I enjoyed the listen.
#tit4tat if you're doing that.

Ok one man's opinion....you could loop that start riff/melody (all of it) and use it as a sample for a rap song. It has that groove. Actually the verse riff can be looped as well. I'm hearing rap.

Wonderful groove and such an wonderful easy going vibe. I love the vocal melody and how it plays with the gentle music and is just a little jumpy. Really happy little song. I love the lyrical story. Really nicely done!

Nice write! The chorus modulation sets up the solo nicely. I enjoyed the conversation between the two guitars.
