I didn't get very far with this. It's just a fragment of a musical idea that started off with an idea of a inner conflict symbolized by a traffic signal.
This reminds of an old surf rock instrumental called Walk Don't Run. It even has something similar in terms of mood it puts me in. Very pleasant sounds, definitely would like to hear a longer version :)
inner conflict by a traffic signal eh?
i dig it.
whenever i'm waiting to cross a road i have an irrational urge to jaywalk when i'm not supposed to and the road is empty.
i felt like i was in the future when i was listening to this. waiting on my hoverboard to cross the flying car skyway. i'm into it. the future sounds good!
fun skirmish!
Really cool instrumental. I like the sound choice and the driving bass line. That's a great beginning, or even a short piece for a video montage of people crossing the street. As is. Nice work
Eighties!! That’s what the opening said to me. I like eighties. Good for you that you posted it. It’s nice to hear what people come up with even fragments or loops

I get the feeling of looking at something strange or ambiguous, standing still and trying to find an angle and pin a meaning on it.

This is right up my alley! I'm always a sucker for sequenced arpeggios, lol!

Short and sweet, but there are some nice sounds there that would be worth expanding on. The fluttering of synths in my ears is a delight.
@vainhirvain Feb 2022
Nice ambient sound. I hope you'll develop it further!

A lot of cool stuff going on back there. I had to listen again in the phones. Definitely worth developing.

Beautiful track with a lovely "full sound". I like the rhythm and I agree this could be the soundtrack of a movie... Lovely!

I love the big bassy start - it feels huge! This is lovely!

This deserves development. I too get a Sci-Fi feel to this one. The synths sound great. Retro, but modern at the same time.

Nice title. This is an absolutely perfect representation of a 90s sci/fi action or crime film soundtrack and I love it!

The instruments seem to all be there and complementing each other well. I find the fast arpeggiated one particularly interesting.

Oh nice interesting take on the walk theme. It's a very interesting fragment, plenty to build upon there :)
