Thank you @keithcuts for your brilliant prompt. I'm sure there will be very many different interpretations as your theme is very open to suggestions. Here is my piano music. It's open to collaborations. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you for listening and commenting. I'm curious to know what you hear in my music. Instrumental music is often open to suggestions and interpretations :)

It's so fun to drift away for a few minutes listening to the wonderfully expressive rolling piano. The beauty is we can go anywhere we wish with all of the chords and layers you provide. Lovely.

tres cinematic.
tentative at first.. and kept on building. then receding...
love the dark turn about 3/4 of the way through...
your left hand was so solid.
it allowed the right to truly sing.
fabulous work! great skirmish!

A very emotional walk where serenity eventually supersedes the nostalgia and sadness.

I thought of someone walking on a shore in the evening light, at the water line. The B-section is very nostalgic, like the walker was remembering something melodramatic, wanting go through the familiar story once again in the head, because it was an important thing in their life. The C-section goes to a different place totally, maybe some illegal activity is going on in the shadows nearby, and the walker gets the creeps. Then picks up on the good old nostalgia again and wanders off. Wow you really took me for a mental walk with your music!

This is lovely. Got a great walking rhythm to it, but light, not striding. Feels like a walk in the countryside on a sunny morning. Blue skies, a few light clouds, running water somewhere nearby. Egg sandwiches in a backpack. To be fair, I didn't get the egg sandwich bit from the song, I just like egg sandwiches when I'm out walking.
A lovely skirmish!

Your left hand kept us walking along throughout except for one little pause for water I guess. Very nicely melodic. That tree in the picture has sure seen some weather. Good stuff.

I get the feel of someone pacing a room and allowing their thoughts to dwell on something which initially is troubling them, but then, from 40 seconds in, some idea occurs that will dismiss the worry. But just as the joy of that thought is celebrated, something else occurs to the narrator and that sombre reflective mood is back and getting darker each time it returns to dash the next idea. However there is hope in a resolution towards the end. Even if the last high notes, represent that this last solution will not completely resolve the issue.

Nice minor waltz melody. Major section compliments very well nice lift going back into the minor. Would work as a theme for something . New section is clever quite mysterious and sets it up to close well . Great craftmanship

I feel like I am walking in step with the gorgeous music!
@pianoquest Feb 2022
It sounds like a walk that's full of introspection, with uncertainty alternating with flashes of clarity and insight. A nice piece of music in any case!
@keithcuts Feb 2022
gorgeos as always nadia. It has a nice feel that lends itself to the walk theme
@tamsnumber4 Feb 2022
THIS IS GORGEOUS!! WOW....I love it...I totally needed to listen to this. You place us on a walk and play all of the feelings, physical and emotional...I'm going to circle back and listen to this again....this is seriously amazing!!!

Beautifully soothing and relaxing. It had me well chilled out.

The bandcamp picture gives me a hint what kind of landscape we are walking through listening to this piece. It invites the listener to walk along, but that would ruin the title. Nice one!
