Looking at back at the worst moments of my life, I can tell you that there are three shows that got me through them,
Prompt #52. Emphasize repetitions. They can be words, music, words, music, words, or music.
Verse - C Em
Chorus - C G D Em
Bridge - G Em C
When I’m at my weakest
When I’m cut and bleeding
I just need something to believe in
When my heart is hurting
When the pain is growing
I just need something to believe in
Something to believe in
Something to believe in
When the tears aren’t drying
When the fears not dying
I just need something to believe in
When I’ve lost hope
When I can’t let go
I just need something to believe in
Something to believe in
Something to believe in
You were there in the darkest moments of my life
Looking back I wonder how I’d ever survive
Without something to believe in
Something to believe in
Something to believe in

Lured in by the 'nerd-rock' tag - I can relate to these lyrics and where I think they come from. I couldn't resist noodling around with the chords on my uke. I don't think it's a uke song but I'd love to hear a recording when there is one!
