Here's a song i just plooped out today.
as january passed away,
among the skies of ash and clay
i called the witch, became an albatross
i called the witch, she sewed a coat
of floss and feathers, slender throat
she freed my body, slit my skin across
she freed my body, let it rise
alone, aloft, alive, blue eyes
wanderer above the sea of fog

Bizarre, eerie, and really sets the tone for the lyrics. Really cool!

really interesting soundscape you have going on here - good plooping! i like the synth bass set against the nose flute - creates grate spacial separation. The words and interesting and very nicely delivered with the heavy effect you use - all in all it makes for a coherent and interesting piece of music. Nice job.

I was just wondering if you would make an appearance. Glad to see you plooping away. I really like everything you've done here. The musical backdrop is fantastic, but that lyric seems to have so much density that you seem to say more than is possible in a few words. Whatever that means...but it feels true. I'm going to meditate on this coat of floss and feathers, and the freeing of the body

Heeeeeyyyyyyy, SALEM! SO SO SO happy to see you participating again in FAWM this year! This is TOTALLY up there with Laurie Anderson. So, obviously - I LOVED it. For “plopping” out a song, this is brilliant. The distorted, robotic voice completely works with the aura of the music behind it. Well done (and welcome back!!)

The distorted vocals add an ominousness to the vivid narrative. Really interesting soundscape you’ve created! Based on the title I’m guessing this is for Song Fight? Good luck!
