I need to learn how to sing this stream of consciousness song. I dig the first draft. B+ and room for improvement.

MEDUSA WAS FRAMED by greg klyma
You park your car at the grocery story and forget what ya needed as you walk through the door but by force of habit you grab a shopping cart and start out on your walkabout...
You're humming a song that makes you grin, here you go walking down the aisle again, you're addicted to love and you need a fix. Can you find something like that in a place like this?
Pardon me, do you work here?
Can you help me please?
Your sister texted this morning but your phone was silent you didn't find it until the afternoon and by that time things had changed as things tend to do you never stand by the same river twice...
and you like your sister's family, she married a hard-working man with the same sense of humor that she has and their boys are getting taller and smarter and stronger and there you go again...
You let your mind go wandering
It always comes back again
down another aisle, you got the hang of this, you're riding the wings of Pegasus and you know Medusa was framed, it was all arranged by old what's his name...
The brand you want is on the top shelf, you ask a kid walking by if they can help, and they're happy to help, hand you the soup with a smile and you're thinking about children again, haven't done that in a while...
It doesn't matter what you came there for, get some of what you need and all that you want and make your way back up front...
You brought the cotton bags, but you left 'em in the car and you're next in line, you're staying right where you are, you put your items down and you feel found out - checking out the kid who's checking you out

The ordinary, everyday stuff of life is interesting and worthy of note as you prove with this wonderful piece. Enjoyed you easy style and the understated and superb ending.

I love all these everyday images that become indicators of the current mental state of your protagonist - supermarket shopping as an existential crisis and then... that sudden death ending! Ouch!
