Most of this riff was from a collab I did last year (sorry!) but as I never use songs for anything I've been reliably informed I should just reuse them to my hearts content.
May use again next year.
It's all re-recorded, lyrics & bass + some guitar is completely new, and I am very pleased that the EZ-drummer sound does fill it out a lot more. Or maybe I am slightly better at recording. Nah. The first one.
Can I take my shoes off at the door
I can't be sure anymore
They say the winds are changing
When I'm angry I just start rearranging
Can I be excused at a time of my choosing
There's food for thought and then there's overthinking
Head for the port in the early evening?
When I'm angry I just start rearranging
cause I'm the anarchist
Your so alpha - I'm so sceptical
If you can handle alphabetical
Colour-coded for a pleasing spectacle
And if I tie my tie too tight it's cause
I'm trying way too hard,
And honestly I don't know why.

Cracking riffs all over this but it still remains catchy with the lovely vocal melodies throughout.

This sounds very familiar, was it our Collab last year? Still don't really mind reuse because it is a completely different song from what I remember, if it was ours. Next work

This reminds me of a Joan Jett type of song. Like the punk style of music. Interesting lyrics.

There's some much melodic stuff going on, and ideas, but somehow there's such a poppy to feel to it all (well, until that part in the final 3rd that threatens to END THE EARTH).

I like the contrast between the pop melodic vocals and the metal backdrop. Very energetic!

Nice strong melody in the vocal supported by all the fuzzy riffage! I love the interplay between lead guitar and vocal in the “tie my tie” bit.

Some excellent pop sensibilities underneath the rawk riffage in this one. Love all the shreddy little riffs between lines!
