Made new version of previous song, decided to write lyrics and sing my second song in 15 years.
It's just too fun to make a fool of myself, and I has thrown away all of my self criticism and just doing them :)
Somehow there is always so much words that I don't make it too easy on myself, but if I mumble too much, there is lyrics to explain what I tried to say.
This is imaginary song for all of the younger office workers who have a old dickhead in the office who does nothing but he thinks he's better than rest of them.
Don't know how I ended up writing from this subject, never worked in office and by my age I could be that old dickhead, it just came from somewhere.
But we all know at least one that kind of narcissistic motherf•cker who could be on object here, don't we?
Thanks for @nadine of the brasses on this song <3
[From @nadine]
You cannot stand still listening to @seppo bass groove! When he uploaded his demo I was inspired to contribute some brasses to his fun track, pushing it a bit to ska. The lyrics made me smile.
At work you act like jerk
Like a boss, but you're just a clerk
Your no bigger than a girl next booth
But you think you're some kind of Babe Ruth
You think you deserve all the perk
Despite you don't even can use network
We are fresh, we still getting tooth's
You're already lost your youth
I am getting fed up this shit
Cause you're being such of dick
And everything is not about you
Just saying cause it's true
You think you're so cool
So slick and it makes me sick
You are a rattle of an empty can
We're the beef, you're just the ham
We are doing all of the results
How come, we're not even adults?
Says you, the big apeman
You Jane, me Tarzan
For you is just "me", you don't know consults
For rest of us all is left is insults
Get in front of mirror and look, I mean really goggle
Your head is swollen like tampon in a vodka bottle
You know where you can stick it
But it won't fit
Because like you it's full of it
-
Like you it's full of it
Like you it's full of it
Like you it's full of shit
You're full of shit
You're nothing
Nothing
You're nothing
But the worlds most simplest man
Get in front of mirror and look, I mean really goggle
Your head is swollen like tampon in a vodka bottle
You know where you can stick it
But it won't fit
Because like you it's full of it
-
Like you it's full of it
Like you it's full of it
Like you it's full of shit
You're full of shit

Interresting how a music of happiness, spirituallity and forgiveness like ska goes well with those angry words. You don't get caught by the bad feeling. We're just happy with the character that he can get it all out. Allmost a relief.
Made me remember the joyfull dance of a friend when a bad colleague got a job change away from her.
I like all instrument especially the horms and the bass.

Oh yeah - this has got it all. From the ska groove of the first section to the driving chorus and the dreamy bridge. Tons of attitude and the horns definitely completed the package. Great vocal too! Loved listening to this one!
@ferry0123 Mar 2022
The coolest ska (ya, da brass is adding lots) and reggae with the coolest of confidence combined. This is pretty awesome, one of those songs at a live concert the crowd would go wild when the first chords are played. Winneeeeeeeer!
@resonut123 Mar 2022
So Cool.
Dig the Bass and Guitar tone and Ska Groove which morphs into a nice Punk Groove as well.
The Horns add a lot of nice punch to the song. Boss Bass Man!
This is full of... Awesome music.
Great collab, you two.
@gm7 Mar 2022
That bass is captivating .Great changes in tempo...great job you guys.
i hear a little warren Zevon in sections and that's always a good thing
..Nice collab you guys.
@spazsquatch Mar 2022
Oh hell yeah, this is great! Didn't notice that @nadine had done lyrics for this when I left my previous comment. Great collab, and bravo on performing that chorus section.
@nahlej381 Mar 2022
Yes please! This jams the bass is so solid the guitars play well around the driving bass and the change up was very cool and unexpected! Well done all!
@jayjay Mar 2022
Bouncy groovy song. Love the lyrics. We all know this guy lol
Bass parts are great. Lovely contrasting chorus
@lenigmusx1 Feb 2022
What a groove. The lyrics are hysterical. What and awesome shift for the chorus.. @nadine The brass is killer too! Love the “you knew where you can stick it” line lol. Just a great tune the bridge is strange in a way that I like.
@coolparadiso Feb 2022
Tit4tat. Yeh ive met this jerk, i got out before i became him! Very good and the brasses do really add! Cool song
@wacha Feb 2022
This is a great song, the bass groove drew me in immediately. I can definitely relate to the lyrics, s I think most of us who've had to work a 9-5 can. The horns are a really nice addition and add just a little something extra. Really nice work by both of you!
@arkka Feb 2022
Cool groove! I really like the dynamic between the parts. Very different yet they fit together perfectly. The brass parts are on point!
@ohleeoh Feb 2022
Wow….tell it like it is! Cool man.
@majormajormajormajor Feb 2022
I dig it- not too syncopated, which reminds me of some of my favorite Bosstones tunes. And such a great takedown! Fave line: Your head is swollen like a tampon in a vodka bottle
@guatecoop Feb 2022
Wow, this really has a pop to it! The words are driving and direct and the song matches it--bringing it all together. I really didn't see that break coming! Both of you did a great job on this. Well done!
@cts Feb 2022
That bass line is all business. Killer. I like how the arrangement flows in and out styles which gives this rather bounce (not beat-wise) but just an overall feel. The horn arrangements sit perfectly within the other instruments (just wish they might be just a tad forward in the mix). Nice work here, folks!
@emplate Feb 2022
Very nice bass groove and great forth-driving feel to the whole song altogether. I feel that the amount of words really fits here, keeps the track going even more.
@chrismyth02 Feb 2022
Incredible bass, fun lyrics - when the vox pick up the pace in the chorus it's so catchy - the brass are an awesome touch, really fill out the production. The synth solo is a great addition as well.
@katestantonsings Feb 2022
That bass is sick! I LOL at the lyrics—so relatable. This song is Office Space in a nutshell and I love it. Yeah, ummm about that TBS report, ummm yeah I’m gonna need you to do that by the end of today (as I take a Louisville slugger to the monitor while blasting this) or a drop kick to the malfunctioning printer will suffice. Great collab you two!! The brass is cool, Nadine!
@n24 Feb 2022
This is great! The guitar and drums are really nicely balanced and the rhythm has hints of Ska, just enough to really want to bob to. I love the lyrics too, I think your singing is great on this too, nice punchy delivery :)
@richaaaay Feb 2022
Some classic lyrical lines in that there song...Fun listening. The brasses were a great addition.
@dock Feb 2022
Great off beat bass line! Yes it is wordy, but it gives the intensity more urgency.
@wildo Feb 2022
Hyvät lyriikat ja tiukka biisi!
@leka Feb 2022
Great lyrics! And wonderful collaboration from nadine.
@tunecat Feb 2022
Yo funky from the off - great groove and fab arrangement altogether. Very relatable! Awesome I’ll be back for more
