Not really sure what this is.
After getting my first 32 key USB midi keyboard, it just kinda evolved.
oh, and yes, the word were written at 4am while laying in bed unable to sleep.
This is so not anything like the stuff I normally produce, I'vme very confused.
In the middle of the night,
your mind wonder’s,
to over exaggerated memories,
of prior embarrassment.
Leaving you curled up.
in a ball,
wishing you could change the past,
just so do you can go to sleep,
and not re live the torment.
Daily the disappointment returns,
as your torment rear’s up once again.
But,
one day this come to an end,
the realisation that sleep has come,
without the torment
without the pain
just a fear one day it will return.

Beautiful deep voice, this and the atmosphere is reminding me a bit of Iggy Pop' Avenue B album, great stuff.

I like the concept and lyrics...I like the contrast between the music and the spoken word...well executed.

I like this a lot.
The first and last bits remind me of the clock ticking away.
At first those lyrics were bringing me down, but there's a happy ending!!
Well done here.

Interesting arrangement, really captures the sleepless / dream-adjacent late night feel. Spoken word is a good fit, interesting stuff!

Very relatable lyric. I like the sense in the last verse that knowing it will pass helps you get through it. The music is strange and spaced out, and perfectly in keeping for an insomnia song.
It might not be what you normally do, but it's good to just let go and experiment.
