Oooo hell yeah. More Liv Mueller!
Ditto on what's been said - so much beauty in the simplicity of the guitar part paired with your killer freakin voice.
Great song! I like the simple guitar keeping time while your vocals moves through. I think this is about dealing with depression, unless I miss my guess. Great feeling and insightful words. But my favorite part was the "..some kind of neat ending thing." Nicely done!
This is an instant classic. I love the simple guitar accompaniment, and your voice is just so incredible. You have such a broad range of genres in your arsenal but I love this folk-country vibe the most I think. I hear this and I'm driving on Hwy 42, through fields of rolled-up hay, under a blue sky dotted with clouds and the lake in the distance, thinking about how it all went wrong. And then hearing your explanations throughout just makes me smile. I call February a success, just because of this. Really good work, friend <3
I just love this. Your voice and the straight-to-the-heart-lyrics with that simple guitar pulse is so powerful. And the intimacy of you talking and discovering more about the song as you play is just magic. You could take this recording straight from voice memo to vinyl.
