Fun use of the orchestra, gives this a slightly vaudeville feel.
And yes, the title drew me in. Couldn't resist, because I know what cat breath is like: I used be owned by a seal point siamese, and when I moved down here to the west country, my mother stayed at my old house as house- and cat-sitter while I was away during the week. When I got home one Friday, the cat greeted me in his usual enthusiastic manner by jumping up into my arms—and nearly knocked me out with his breath. Turned out my mother had cooked mince with *lots* of garlic, and he had snarfed the leftovers...

"Dedicated to my cat, who has terrible breath." - Possibly the greatest liner notes I have ever read. :D
I really liked this song. It's got a strong feel to it, and is nicely balanced between the upbeat melody and the gloomy bass line.
Nicely done!

Fun variations and not-so-fun cat's breath :D
