Well, this is a great motivator for listening to more Opeth and Porcupine Tree, then. Perfect blend of just a few different sounds. At 1:10 the piano and guitar moves that are in rhythmic unison sound really good, it makes a great section break.
You tagged it "melancholy" but I hear a driving purpose in your piece. It may be feeling down, but I don't see it gazing at its shoes. Towards the end those wide chords being landed on, are really nice. And I like the decision to fade it! It adds to the feeling of purpose for me, like the tune decided where it's going, and got going there.
