Giving myself love advice by inventing wise figures to sing to me in fake Celtic traditional folk songs
Lovely weather
Breeze rolls by
She stands in the sun
Casts a lonely eye
“Lovers, they may come and go.”
“And so they shall,” say I
But she unchanging
All challenges shall defy
“Have you left me now?”
I asked the maid
“Had you bravery,
Surely you’d have stayed”
“Lovers, they may come and go.”
“And so they shall,” says she
Ah, she unchanging
She alone is free
“Hold your hand to me
That I may see the lines
Strength and joy shall come to you
But love your life defines”
“Love the ones who come to you
Expect not that they stay
And you shall find true happiness
In following this way”

Love the liner notes. Isn't that the truth! Love your voice and your song, as well.

Very nice and you hold true to the traditional form. Some great lyrics and your vocal approach is quite good. Nice ornamentals.

Your voice is so beautiful and clear like a bell and those trills are lovely. Great lyrics! The double meaning of "She alone is free". A conversation with the inner self, the pull between what the wild heart wants and what we think we should want. Really interesting piece.
