Sing It All is the third song on an Album called Get to Yes. The song was written by Nancy Cunningham and Kathy Klopp for Cheryl Serrano.
Kathy is performing and recording all 14 songs as a FAWM project for this year.
I want my own song
My song
Where will mine lead me
I’ll sing my own song
My song, the song that speaks to me
A song that rings with laughter
One that knows how to cry
A song that’s learned how to capture
Every taste of life, life as it flows by
I want it all
My song will sing it all
I want my own voice
My voice
Where will mine lead me
I’ll sing my own voice
My voice, the voice that speaks to me
A voice that rings with laughter
One that knows how to cry
A voice that’s learned how to capture
Every taste of life, life as it flows by
I want it all
My voice will sing it all
I want my own soul
My soul
Where will mine lead me
I’ll sing my own soul
My soul, the soul that speaks to me
A soul that rings with laughter
One that knows how to cry
A soul that’s learned how to capture
Every taste of life, life as it flows by
I want it all
My soul will sing it all

A timeless song! Could be sung around a campfire and at spiritual gatherings. I like the harmonized vocals a whole lot.

Nice picking. Dig that traditional gospel sound and harmonies. This reminds me of growing up going and to bluegrass and traditional music festivals where every other campsite has a jam going with people playing and singing together.

I love your picking!

Great melody and simple picking guitar setting for these lyrics. Fits really well together, and cool to see this collaboration work so naturally.

I want my own song is a really strong first line and there’s much more good stuff here. I like the idea of a song itself singing the whole palette of life. Nice picking too.
