Feb 2022 s021022 skirmish train station sad collaborations_welcome
Thank you @cairobraga for the prompt.
Here is my sad/melancholic/thoughtful/reflective music. It's open to collaborations if you hear a potential for another version. Thank you for listening and sharing your thoughts.

I love how melancholic and mysterious it sounds. Reminds me a bit of Matt Elliot. Good Job!

There is a such an ache to such farewells and you have captured that feeling so well here Nadia. The riff underneath immediately puts me in mind of trains, and also distantly evocative of that excellent solo piano main riff in Hans Zimmer's score for "Sherlock Holmes". Lovely stuff :)

Pretty, melancholy, pensive, meditative. Definitely sounds like looking out the window after a goodbye.
@wolfkier Feb 2022
oh how nostalgic and wistful this goodbye is.
Beautiful, Nadia. Thank you.
@katestantonsings Feb 2022
I love those higher notes in the melody, Nadia! This is a poignant and special piano piece.
@mikeskliar Feb 2022
sad yet poignant feel- nicely done....
@hurongrand Feb 2022
I love how the left hand part almost sounds like a train with its steady pulse, and the melody definitely evokes that melancholy of saying goodbye. Great work!
@jwhanberry Feb 2022
Your music keeps moving like the train when it finally goes after that lingering last touch. Good work.
@jtsteam Feb 2022
So many emotions at train stations and this captures the feeling of saying goodbye to someone beautifully.
@ajna1960 Feb 2022
Very pretty, and certainly gives the feeling of sad and thoughtful.
@keithcuts Feb 2022

@blindkiwi Feb 2022
You have definitely captured the sad and melancholic nature of the moment Nadia. I can visualise the sad faces, the tearful godbyes and the slow turning away as the train leaves the station. Nicely composed played.
@clioem Feb 2022
Oh wow, this is really beautiful!
