The Explorers VI - The End
As we leave Sibir behind, we know the world is under the watchful eyes of the SCB and The Explorers. With their latest adventures closed, we leave Sibir to them. Their destiny is theirs to choose. We look ahead to new worlds, new adventures, new heroes and new villains. We thank you for sticking with The Explorers over the last 6 years as they’ve grown from humble explorers to champions of a world. We hope you’ve enjoyed the stories and adventure as much as we enjoyed creating them. Here’s to new adventures in 2023. Never stop exploring.
DJKA's note: It's been a blast writing these stores. I'll absolutely miss the world, the characters, the themes etc. We sincerely thank you all for listening and following the adventures we've created :)

What can I say?
I have binge-listened and read the whole thing this afternoon. And I feel the same way I did when I reached the end of LOTR when I first read it as a child.
Your storyline and the thematic developments in your compositions reach me right where I live musically and aesthetically.
Man, those stops and that violin melody!
This has been a tour de force. And this is a massively fitting finale!
Bravo!

When the melody comes to 1.04 and then stops into silence before starting again *chefs kiss* . I loved every single one of these tracks. What an experience. actually have only found you guys this year on FAWM, so I guess this means I straight up walked into major spoilers on how this 6-year adventure ends lol. Gotta go to your Bandcamp soon to properly start from the beginning now lol

Wow. I loved every second of this! It's very "grand" music, I love how it keeps "evolving" and how it has grander sections and slightly quieter sections. It's also a very strong, simple, main theme that makes this easy on the ear. At least, on mine - it really resonates with me.
The silences you use are a very interesting aspect of this particular piece. Also there's some nice harmonies with nonstandard bass notes. (e.g. at 2:44)

Nice wrap up to this series and use of themes, these have all been great to listen to and follow along, definitely look forward to what you make next!

2:48 drums are such a tasteful addition here! love the pauses
congrats on hitting the big 14 so soon!!!!!!

Feels like the ending credits to the movie all right! Thanks DJKA and Manoptic for letting us be part of the Explorers world.

The tension build in the first minute is relentless, so those hard pauses about 1:30 have so much impact. the transition into the more rocky movement worked really well with all the breaks.
