No idea why... I fancied a Gregorian chant. In latin.
I am sure the pronunciation is awful and the translation crap but I ask you, what have the Romans ever done for us?
Ex agris ad caelum
Hordeum et frumentum
metemus et seminamus
ex quo nascimur
Labore et quiete
Sub sole et luna
A puero usque ad hominem
Ad caelum quoque cito
(From the fields to the sky
Barley and corn
We reap and we sow
from the day we are born
Toil and rest
Under sun and moon
From boy to man
To heaven too soon)

Gregorian. Latin. Synth chords. Obvs.

The building of the chords is spot on. Agree with unici below, that this is a cool way to bring this music 500 years forward!

I was curious when I read Greagorian chant. Great stuff. You brought this kind of music into the current century. This is so special and I had to laugh when I read your liner notes.

amazing that you had those Gregorian monks just up the road for BVs
