that sparse guitar puts me on a hillside outside Kakariko Village in the tall grass, gazing off into the distance, heavy with thought but lightened by hope. the quality of your voice when you sing "there's another you in me", however, is quite the gut punch. you should consider finding work in voiciology or some other related field. (i might add that, weirdly, the first comparison that popped in my head when i heard that line was Bruce Hornsby)
okay i've listened 5 or 6 times by now, and it just occurred to me that a shorter version of this would make a kickass outro to a song. or maybe the full 3 minutes, who knows. like some kind of droning synth sound holding a single note fades in halfway through and just maintains until the end. idk i'm just typing what i think as i think it. time for bed i'd say

That guitar line throughout is rather hypnotic, and the repeated words work really well with that that. Nicely done.
