First track so far! A bit unfinished, but its close enough.
Got a few more in the works but finding it hard to find time to finish any so far.
The words are just nonsense at the moment and I couldn't get anything that felt right.
Any ideas on what the song topics for this vibe of song would be cool.
Thanks for listening if you do.
You wear your crown in a sad place
Crawling round in a staircase
You need a civic mind
Fortune found in an ashtray
Mothers heart is breaking
A vista very nice
Heaven knows the time is right
Stars connecting in a line
Love connect in overdrive
No victory, no demise
Salvation not required
Surrealist
I operate your life
I drink the tears for everyone
No salvation not required
No vision no divide
I operate your life
Love connection far and wide
Planets made of diamond ?
Speaking in your mother tongue
I operate your life

I love so much about this track. The guitar craft is fantastic and psychedelic. The rocking bass, the echoey vocals, the far away synth doing something unwieldy. I think you must like Syd Barrett's work. It made me listen to my Pyper era Floyd. I must also say I like the production, though raw, expertly mixed and assembled. Lastly, I wished to listen to more of the remaining bits and bobs at the end there. Very VERY cool!!!! As the yunguns like to say, FIRE!!!!

Very enjoyable listen. I really like the quick hooky chord changes, very catchy. And yeah, the drums pounding away drives it along nicely. Slightly down produced kinda suggests the velvets, though goddam everything suggest the velvets... maybe the Stones then.

Love it! Those guitars sound great, and I love the way the drums just pound away. It gets pretty sweaty there at the end. Makes me feel like I'm back in college, drinking beer and watching a band in someone's basement. Rock on! (What guitar do you play. I'm a totally half-assed "musician." I keep thinking that the mere act of buying a Fender Jazzmaster is going to make me better.) Speaking of lyrics, there are lots of great lines in there, including the opening one. However, you could just leave them alone, as they're more about sound than meaning, perhaps

Was looking forward to hearing your stuff this year, you tag this punk new wave but I hear Love and some real sixties stuff in there which is good because new wave really wasn’t that far from the 60s really. At least most of us who lived the new wave period began by liking the 60s when we are like 13/14 anyway. Glad you came back and look forward to what you will publish this year.
Love the bridge and the jerky chord break at the ends of the verses the solo in the outro is very cool too
