Pushing myself from the get-go! I've got vocals on this track which is generally well out of my comfort zone, but FAWM's meant for these things. I really enjoyed playing with the instrumental, and it's certainly a song of two parts.
I've got something to say
Talking to the mirror wasn't therapy enough so I'll talk to the
Faceless ones
How can I explain?
Some will talk in synonyms and metaphors and try to get the
Point across
Connect the dots
Can you turn it off?
My brain space is complacency and also is ashamed of me for
What I've done
What have I done?
My eyes see in a shade
Of subtle darkened boundaries, like a grey and it's a shame but
I can only wait
Another day
Just wasting time
Can't define
I'm lost again inside
Just wasting time
Can't define
I'm lost again inside

I like the guitar and the melody thingy in the back (couldn't define it, maybe melodica?). Rappy like lyrics - i like that. Great energy .

Aw yeah, this is good stuff. The guitar riff early on is lovely because it's so simple -- if it were me, I'd have made it five times more twiddly, and completely vandalised it in the process. The first half of the noisy part, with the fast-picked droning guitar notes, really reminds me a lot of early 90s UK shoegaze bands like Catherine Wheel (I have a great fondness for that era). Really cool.

Such a beautiful guitar picking in the beginning. Your vocals actually fit very well here, they have real melancholy to them. And when things explode, it's still very emotional. Good, good stuff.
