Couldn't find a place for percussion in this one, so I decided to leave it out and keep it a bit more simple. I didn't even put any effects on my voice! I think that's a first for me!
Not sure if this is entirely alt-rock... if anybody has a good genre description to add please let me know!
You're out of control
You'll get us both in a wreck
Don't know which way to go
No map you can check
No signal for your phone
The road is barely in sight
No stars in the sky
No plan to get out alive
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
You shoulda let me drive
Why did I let you drive?
All the speakers are broken
Parking break's stuck in place
Another bump in the road
And this car will explode
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
You shoulda let me drive
You shoulda let me drive
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
You shoulda let me drive, drive, drive
Why did I let you drive?
You shoulda let me drive

It's almost like desert rock, famous by Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, etc. Very nice!

Days of the New vibes!
I hear percussion all day long!

This is right up my ally. Love the gritty alt rock feel. It’s the 90’s rock sound that I grew up and made me want to become a musician. Love the harmonies, and I think the song honestly worked perfectly without a full kit behind it. Watchlisted! Great work.

Your rhythmic guitar made up for precision perfectly! Keep up the good work!

It's giving me a Matthew Sweet vibe who was a staple of the 90s alt scene, so I think you are tagged correctly.
Nice track.

Those chorus harmonies are perfect. Well done on the track!
