Just a little ambient piece to get things going -- feels very mid-period Brian Eno to me.
This is two tracks of guitar (Fender Stratocaster) through my '79 Vibro Champ and LOTS of effects (the key one here would be the Cusack Resound reverb)
Then after recording the tracks, I messed with them some more in the mixing, including slowing the whole track down, which made everything sound that much more interesting -- although it also made it considerably longer (sorry about that).
Not much harmonic interest here, just lots of textures and overtones, if you're into that sort of thing. :)

Lovely. There's Eno's DNA in this for sure, but I can also hear that of Mr Fripp. The way those high notes soar off into a sea of reverb is gorgeous and the string noise mutates into the sound of angels moving heavenly scenery around backstage.
I love what slowing a piece down does to the timbres involved. Did you use Paulstretch, or something else? Don't worry about duration, either; this is the sort of piece that could go on for ten minutes and never become boring.

Listened days ago, but didn't comment apparently! Such a beautiful piece - Comforting and relaxing, yet with an occasional edge that is enticing. I'll take an album of this, please! :)

Really beautiful! So no cello/violin or synths, that’s all guitar? It sounds so good and so evocative!

I like this. Just dreaming along.

This is soooooooooooooooooooo pretty. I absolutely loved it. Ronin even stopped and tilted his head and listened. HE SAT STILL. haha I just love the tones and all the layers. I would listen to a whole album of this. Seriously. I've felt really frantic and anxious today and listening to this really calmed me. What a great start!!!!!!

Oh yeah. Love a slow-moving undersea mood.

I'm definitely into that sort of thing. This style is basically what I listen to on a daily basis. Perfect for creating. I really enjoyed this. I particularly like that the tone has some "meat" to it. Well done!

I'm into this - very chilled. Love the drone - reminds me of a sitar.

Wow Chris! This is so nice to hear. The pensive nature of this is so appealing to me. Great sounds and it just hums with energy. Great track!

Hi there! I'm into it! This sounds and feels like my insides on a typical day. Slow, introspective and a little melancholy. Until I have my coffee, at least :-) I mean all of that in a good way. And of course, love how well you know and play your guitars!

Nice drone to this, and I like that it was made with a Vibro Champ! So not your typical Fender Champ area of sound... I could put this on while I'm doing dishes or something and really enjoy it. Is that a compliment? I mean it as one. And I'm enjoying it now anyway, just listening. There's enough going on to keep it interesting.

Super chill..with some great layering.
