BitHProd's notes:
Random Wikipedia Challenge. I chose to combine two for added madness, then wrote this ballad in fifteen minutes. It's complete and utter BS, so please move on. You've got better things to do. Ok, now you've been warned. Oh, and body parts for the Week 1 challenge, check!
Disclaimer: No offence meant towards any residents of the village of Tuklabad, which still, to my knowledge, has a population of 28, nor the organizers of the Tokyo Paralympics, who I'm sure did a splendid job.

That poor girl from Tuklabad, Razavi Khorasan who participated in the Mixed 4 × 50 meter freestyle relay swimming event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics
She came from Tuklabad
Wherever that might be
That poor disabled girl
Was deaf and could not see
She only had one arm
Her leg had fallen off as well
But she practiced all her life
Now she was ready as hell
To swim for her country
With her one good foot and hand
Of course, the village had no water
So she practiced on dry land
All of the villagers turned up
At the Tokyo games
Shouting Persian cheers
By the hot Olympic flames
In the Aquatics Centre
Sat 27 hopeful souls
Waving Iranian flags
To help her reach her goals
She swam the first leg
Although she only had one
But alas, sand is not water
And drowning is no fun
So, the villagers jumped in
To help that poor girl out
But neither one could swim
They were used to desert drought
What a dreadful tragedy!
Every Tuklabadian drowned
Now there’s Population Zero
In Razavi Khorasan

I love the dark humour of this one.
"She swam the first leg
Although she only had one" had me bursting my sides.
I love how upbeat the melody is for this basically tragic tale.

This has bags of charm. Really like all the effects you have slapped on the guitars and the piano holds it all together, lovely little tune this.

I'm a sucker for wheezing octave-doubled singing. The tune and background is nice and rolling around like a manual car in 3rd gear

OMG our collective FAWM imaginations are really running ( er, swimming) wild this year! Just stopped by to listen after
hearing @markg 's song about apes having pubes. ROTFL!

I knew that girl. Eileen, I think. Or maybe Peg? Nice!
@iwilleatyou Feb 2022
This is fantastic! It reminds me of Ween.
@bithprod Feb 2022
Thanks for being weird enough to put this to music. lol
@tabitha Feb 2022
I love how you've set these lyrics to music. It was super fun to listen to.

Such a nice feel to it. Just really grooves, but in quite nice under-stated way, the guitar keeps your interest throughout and the bass is great. Lyrically tells a cool story in an engaging way. Really liked this!

I came for the song title, and stayed for wonderful vibe! Love the close harmonies and the laid-back guitar solo.
