Proper list this time.
I find it rather amusing that you would make a spam comment on a song of mine that is based of dealing with inner demons when your lyrical solutions to your blues in your own “Attempt” is the watisi. Although I did find it acceptable when it attempted to rhyme with blues away. Good on ya.
Anyway I apologise that I was a cranky arsehole about it earlier. All the best in your challenge.

Oh yeah dancing will help my blues.

I first thanked you for a comment here, and then found out I hadn't done that on your soundboard! And since there seemed to be no possibility to take it away, I went for modifying it instead. While being here I took a listen to the song. As far away from a murder ballad you can get, I imagine! And a good thing that. Can't have too much of that blues. Now and then we wanna dance it away!

good danceable blues sound, and who'd a thought blues on a ukelele? it works!

Love the baritone ukulele against the earthy richness of your voice. This is one of those songs that would work equally well stripped back like this, or with a full band.
@themelgoexperience Feb 2022
Lovely sound on the ukulele here with a calm and relaxing vocal. - lets all dance those blues away
@mikedebenham Feb 2022
Best possible response to the last couple of years. Great to hear you and your overgrown uke again.
@buckshotgeorge Feb 2022
Love it!

A lovely laid back "Pa" classic. This would have been a massive hit in the early 60s.
Have you changed your recording set up. This is so crystal clear - there used to be a background hiss on some of your other recordings that could get annoying in quiet spots. (or when trying to use the recording to collaborate on it )

You’ve got a lovely live sound here. I’m playing over my stereo while working and I forgot it was a FAWM song.
Great track and had to play it twice.

I love your talent on the baritone and your great bluesy vocal. Truly a great match.
@bluejean Feb 2022
wonderful song. It's fun to hear the bari and your great style voice together!
@cleanshoes Feb 2022
Glancing at the lyrics I was expecting something raucous, but your delivery has a depth and sweetness to it that I really enjoy. Well done.
@richaaaay Feb 2022
Oh yes...The finger roll...All is good!
Great groove and feel, like usual.
@coolparadiso Feb 2022
Good to see you back! Right in classic style, a good voice and a well played instrument delivers as always. Very enjoyable.
@ductapeguy Feb 2022
Wow. You pack a whole band into that one uke. Percussive, textured,. Such a classic groove with an instantly relatable lyric.
@clbalke Feb 2022
love the groove and beat. Fun song that makes me want to get up and dance. Has a great hook. kind of addicting.
I love your playing! I play a baritone ukulele, too!!! I would love to play like this.
