Lift problem while recording on OP-1

  I was trying to record a loop on my OP-1 but couldn't lift it because it exceeded the max lift time of … 22 seconds. This should be 90 seconds, and presumably I have changed a setting that changes the quality or 'tape' speed of the recording by accident, but I have no idea what I changed and how to change it back. My Tape Speed is 1:1, 19 cms, 7.5 ips, so I think the Tape speed is correct and maybe the other things are not, but if so, I don't understand how I can access them.
  Does anyone with an OP-1 know how I can get my 90 seconds back?
