FAWM is here, and life is good. I've been building guitars from kits during the pandemic, and I'm gonna play them for you. It's a ton of fun, and the kits are CHEEEEEP! I'm hoping to have a Nigel-Tufnel amount of guitars one day.
All the stuff that's here is up for grabs in any way you like. I'm doing this for fun, and attaching strings removes fun.
In my abundant spare time, I write iPhone and iPad music apps. Handy pocket MIDI looper with song arrangement features -- yeah, I got one of those. If you're interested in any of these things, drop me a note, and I can hook you up as part of my FAWMers Fly Free program. FAWM got me into making music again, which is what got me into tinkering with apps, and that's almost as much fun as churning out crappy songs!

Hey @swampjaw! So the "whuppa-whuppa-whuppa sound" on "Eleven Clouds Lost Whispers" is a rhythm stomp box that I played with my hands. It went through a pedal board to the 4-track. I manipulated a filter to respond in this way: the harder I hit the box the more it would engage a high pass filter, the softer I hit it, it would engage a low pass filter. Hitting towards the edges would give it a more defined sound. While hitting towards the inside would give it a rounder sound. I doubted that it would work in the final mix but @whispermouse mixed it so well. Thanks for listening!

"Most of his followers know that he's lying, and they love him for that." So sadly true. It also seems like a decent hook line for a song is in that somewhere - if one would have the heart to face it during one's precious song time :-/
