Welcome to FAWM. Check out the forums. I always learn something new in them every year and it helps improve my songwriting. People are incredibly supportive on here, so don't be afraid to ask questions, if you need to. Also, I learned that the more I participate, the more I get out of it. It wasn't till my 3rd FAWM that I really got involved, and now I can't wait for February to roll around each year. As long as you listen to lots of others' songs and leave comments on the ones you like, people will reciprocate and come to listen to your songs, so keep writing songs and posting them, and enjoy yourself while the month lasts.
