Usually, I do not have a strict concept, most frequently it starts with some lines of the chorus that entered my mind for some reason, and the rest of the lyrics is built around that. Sometimes I wonder where I did end up when a set of lyrics is done as it took an entirely different direction than what was on my mind initially...

  Thanks for your comment. To answer your question. I'm doing FAWM since 2006. Some years were very productive, doing full mixed 15 layer recordings. However 2020 I had only 5 songs, non of them keepers, 2021 no ideas, no fun. This year is my most productive year ever. I hope to end up with five or six keepers I'm happy with. Trying not to be perfect is the keyword. But it's new for me, never in the 17 years I'm doing FAWM have I experienced such a productive time.

  Thanks for your encouragement! I wrote most of the lyrics before I picked up my guitar. I added the second verse on the fly after feeling the roadmap needed it.
