Happy to be back for FAWM 2022. The songs posted here are ragged field recording kinda iPhone one-takes done at home in a cabin without electricity or running water. Maybe I’ll clean them up and take them downtown sometime .

I’ve been living in Whitehorse, Yukon since 1991. Made a full length solo record "Mayfly Days" awhile back and then i fell in love with clawhammer banjo and began to focus more on old-timey music. Collaborating with my longtime and multi-talented friend Kim Beggs resulted in the vocally-driven, old-timey duo The Blue Warblers whose two full-length recordings "Pretty Good" (2012) and Birds (2013) were nominated for Canadian Folk Music Awards.
A bit of a hiatus from recording/touring in recent years as I’ve taken to going for lengthy song- fodder walks in Spain (Camino Santiago de Compostela )
