    So glad you liked Nobody.
Jon is amazing and I had fun writing it.
    Thanks for stopping by

  • @jsini  Mar 2022

    Thank you for your comments!!

  • @donna  Feb 2022

Max, thank you for your lovely comments on 'Licking the Light'. So glad the song resonated with you. ;)

It's wonderful though that the sun seems - more or less - to have returned. ;)

  • @rubberbandage  Feb 2022

Thank you for your note on “Goodnight My Children”! It is funny — the lyrics are very innocuous, it’s just the melody that changes it all. Hope you sleep well too!

  • @sueawesome Feb 2022

max! it’s so cool!! I didn’t know you were going to even do it. was not expecting a guy to take a stab at it but it works, so surprising! you can post it and link me as the collab.

  • @sunnymae  Feb 2022

Wow...thank you Max for your more than kind comments on my collab with @donna on Tethered to the Wind! I loved making this piece and so glad you were moved by it. Thank you so much and see you in A-dam!

  • @berni1954  Feb 2022

Glad you liked my "Brief Encounters". Congrats on doubling the quota.
I must catch up on your work, if not now, then in March!

  • @sueawesome Feb 2022

yeah, just feeling off this year. thanks for stopping by

    you’ve been busy ^

  • @gordon  Feb 2022

Hello again MAx. I wrote a reply to your last message as a song!

  • @gordon  Feb 2022

Hi Max, thanks so much for sending me the link to the distant depths of 2013. Had completely forgotten about that and it wasn't too bad apart from forgetting the words, but that's normal for me. Cheers!

  • @katestantonsings  Feb 2022

Thank you, Max! It was an honor to work with Donna's poignant lyric.

  • @sapient  Feb 2022

    Wow, thanks, Max!
    Glad you liked it :D

  • @chrismyth02 Feb 2022

Thanks for coming by "Under" glad you dug it!

  • @nadine Feb 2022

Thanks a lot for your comment on "Under". This means a lot to me. We will revisit this song after FAWM and create a real banging production :)

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

    Max,

You are awesome! Sue (the octopus) is on her way over for dinner. Can't wait to show her this awesome collab! Added you as a collab on the song. Feel free to modify as you wish. Not sure what all your BandCamp link info instructions mean. Sorry for the American English challenges ;-)

  • @jramonewi Feb 2022

Yeah, send me the wav for Good One and I'll add some harmony! [email protected]

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

    I'm happy I made you a little happier :)

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

    Max,
Wrote a song (lyrics) for you to try to make you smile...a little. No need to write music or record it. Just wanted to remind you that you have friends far an wide in this world.
    Cheers, Mark

WE'RE NEVER AS ALONE AS WE THINK WE FEEL

Our troubles are our troubles they're all-too real
Even though others say that they're no big deal
Our answers can't be found inside a happy meal
But we're never quite as alone as we think we feel

Sometimes we just don't quite feel alright
Sometimes we feel darkness deep inside at night
Sometimes our future feels too far out of sight
Sometimes it takes a friend to help us hold on tight

    Reach out, hold on
    Power through the sorrow
    Reach out, hold on
So we can make it to tomorrow
    Reach out, hold on
    Reach out, hold on
    Reach out, hold on
'Cause we're never as alone as we think we feel

There are no easy answers but we can share the ride
We don't have to keep our feelings locked down deep inside
Even though we feel like somehow our hapiness died
We're never as alone as we think we feel

    Reach out, hold on
    Power through the sorrow
    Reach out, hold on
So we can make it to tomorrow
    Reach out, hold on
    Reach out, hold on
    Reach out, hold on
'Cause we're never as alone as we think we feel

  • @judypie  Feb 2022

Thank you for your ears Max! Woah you’ve been busy, I see you have won already!! Congrats dude! I will get to listening soon!

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

Sorry you're having a rough patch, but awesome that you are channeling through your music. Didn't mean to add any pressuee your way. Sorry 'bout that. If you ever need an escape to the sun, I have three guest rooms here in Florida and a lot of music equipment. Lori Citro from FAWM showed up last fall with two band mates and it was a blast.

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

Max, you're crushing FAWM this year.

Feel like collabing with me on "She's an Octopus" (my 4th song lyrics posted on FAWM this year)? Trying to bring it to life before Valentine's Day (Monday). How does your weekend look? ;)
    Cheers, Mark

Merci beaucoup! I would like to thank you very much for your lovely comment on the French chanson!

  • @srcoops  Feb 2022

Falling. You have captured the feeling. Most of the time I am an upbeat person but I have fallen a number of times and it really has a bad effect on my outlook. Still hanging in there though. 85 years old and still kicking.

  • @dreamscuba  Feb 2022

Thank you for your comments on Girl with Puppy-Saving Heart. Much appreciated.

  • @majordanby  Feb 2022

Thanks for commenting on Where To Begin. It may be worth coming back to as I like all the parts, but prefer a more stripped back version if that’s possible.

  • @dutch1967 Feb 2022

Thanks Maxtro! Your comments are always uplifting and little energy boosters. Glad you like Apropo!

  • @marklberry  Feb 2022

Max, hoping to participate more this year. Just posted my first song lyrics. Hope you are pumping out great new tunes, as always.
