Influences: Bruce Springsteen, Manic Street Preachers, Neil Young, Bleachers, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Noel Gallagher, Nine Inch Nails and many many more
I am a singer songwriter from Cardiff, UK.
My first year at Fawm in 2021 was fantastic and gave me so much confidence in my ability. I made some great music and some great friends. I hope this year is as fruitful
I’ve challenged myself to put together 2 albums. The first will be influenced by the likes of Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and will have a more Americana feel to it. The second is going to be lots of heavy riffs/solos influenced by my love of Seattle grunge. I might be biting off more than I can chew but I’m looking forward to the challenge

Thanks :) Ah there it comes! I work a lot with real guitar tracks but I never got that modern punchy sound with double tracking, layering and eqing, its more a fuzzy wall of guitars lacking of definition. My friends send me everything from direct input to hardware amps. So it's a lot about the amps hmmn... Heard a lot about Helix but I never used or received some tracks.

Thank you! This explains a lot. Yeah, a template can help you to get things done. On the one hand I admire people who have found their signature sound... on the other hand it could be very hard to change the guitar sounds or something like that. I tried to work with templates, but I didn't like that. Now every song is a completely different setup eventhough it takes a lot of time to produce and mix.
