Lieben Dank für die netten Worte! Ja 'meditativ' hatte ich tatsächlich auch gedacht. Ich finde es cool, dass du eine Idee dafür hast - wir können es gern auch nach FAWM angehen, wenn du Lust hast.

Gern geschehen! Was Hall und Delay betrifft hab ich so ne Daumenregel. Je näher es dem Sprechen / Rappen nahe kommt desto weniger Delay. Je mehr epische Chöre desto mehr. Generell bin ich bei meinen Songs sehr sparsam damit, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich achte bloß darauf dass die Worte verständlich bleiben. Wenn du viele s Laute hast, kannst du auf dem Send wo auch den Hall / Delay drauf ist, einen EQ dahinter tun und 5-10 kHz dämpfen. Wird dann weniger lispeln und bleibt episch.

Yeah, you're probably right. I'll return to the fine tuning at some point, now I'll try to concentrate on writing, but thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind! :)

Thanks again for the comment! I didn't spend much time thinking about the levels to be honest, but do you mean the lower growls or the higher ones or both? I guess the lower ones in the beginning could be a bit more present, the higher ones I actually aim to keep kind of as just a part of the mass, not as a "leading instrument".

I'm also working on another banging metal track. I'll upload a demo as soon as I'm done. The final versions will take months, cause I prefer to record real guitars. -
