Thank you for the supportive comments. I appreciate it! Drums are GarageBand samples.
Hi, thanks for your comments on my post about clean rap songs. Yeah, if you could send me a link that would be fab.
Simon
I gather you didn't get my email maybe a week back? I was actually working on that idea you sent me. No worries. Summer's coming. 50/90 will be here before you know it.
re Pink Floyd, I fear we're running out of appropriate lines.! Fun , though!
Ahh you are too kind! Thank you for your words and comments. Next year, yeah why not.. I mean, that's a *long* way away, but by the same token it'll be here in no time...
Thanks for your kind comments on my song. Looking forward to next year's FAWM already.
What a great FAWM this year! We made it!
Congrats on reaching the finishing line! Looking forward to listening to more of your songs this month!
Always good to hear from you fonte! Congrats on finishing. May the FAWM be with you ALWAYS
Thanks for taking the time to listen to my "Eclipse" song.
Yeah... that was kinda tough to do. Thank you for the kind words.
I appreciate it.
Thanks so much for listening to "You Can't Miss (What You Never Had" and for your most kind and encouraging comments. And yes, I would be very very flattered to do a collab with you next FAWM. I'll be watching for ya then!!
Thanks for posting mate! You’ve been a busy boy! I’m knackered and off to bed, but going to set some time aside tomorrow to catch up as I seem to have missed a couple of yours. Cheers!

Who did what on which track
:)
Hi Fonte thanks again for the comment and the claps are just short 909 claps with a little bit of reverb :D
I am home for 2-3 more hours and then would not be able to post until later this afternoon. Either way works. Can't wait to hear it!
No worries!! FAWM makes this complicated. You are right. I'll post it, then you create a new song to point to the one on fourtracktape (and make it a collab with one of the other three participants). I put an example down below.
https://fawm.org/songs/134684/
You can either send it over to zecoop at yahoo dot com or post it as a collab with fourtracktape. Your choice. I am right at my computer and will post as soon as it gets here, if you e-mail it over (so that's my preference). :)
Or you could upload it somewhere and send me the link? Doesn't need to be uploaded on FAWM right away... Just wherever you usually host things. :)
Hey hello - I’ve had a rather busy week with kids off school and work and haven’t been around here lately, but collab sounds fun - send me an email with some thoughts and maybe we can do a fun little tune before Feb’s end :)
Ohhhh you can sing, I wouldn't worry about that dude. But i do know what you mean. That's how I got into double tracking vocals, I was so unconfident with everything I recorded I'd double track it a million times to make sure the idea came through. Recording is brutal man :/
Well, I'm finally done with that project, which I loved, but it was taking most of my bandwidth. Now, I can concentrate more on fawming!!! So, yes, I hope I can get some stuff recorded, even if just basic. I did write some poetry based on a skirmish found here, but I don't know if that counts as a FAWM song. :) Still haven't forgotten ya. Keeping your offer in mind.
Thank you so much for the generous encouragement about my voice! Honestly, I have been surrounded by a lot of incredible vocalists over the years who can do crazy amazing / beautiful things with their voices, and have often felt like my voice is just OK compared to theirs... but encouragement like yours keeps me remembering that my voice has a place and can make a difference too. Thank you truly.
Thank you for the kind words on “No King’s Koolaid”. I am going to listen to a couple of your tunes right now
Fonte! I saw your comments on The Love We Never Had and I posted this response ON MY OWN PAGE, not yours! Sorry! Rookie mistake! I wasn't ignoring you.
@greengrassgirl 2 weeks
Thanks, @fonte I've put you on my Watch List. Looking forward to hearing your music.
Thank you! That was some effects on Voice Live Touch called Elvis Radio then played around with the parameters a little. Voice Live Touch has so many great vocal fx.
Thanks again for your nice comment!
Aw, thanks for the 80s comment man - Paul Young indeed! That guitar… wish I had the rig to make that tone, but sadly it’s just a Logic preset called ‘Big Hair Harmonics’ (or something like that anyway).
Thanks for the kind comment :)
Wow, thank you so much for the very kind comments on Clear Eyes! I am so glad you like it. I have a lot to learn about production, but glad to know that one sounded good to you… my technique right now is basically turning knobs and hitting buttons til it sounds good to me! :)
Hey dude! Yeah, that sounds great! I'd love to play some upright for you...hit me up- [email protected]
Thanks so much for your kind words!
Erosion sounds like a fun collab! And I'd say just do with it what feels right to you. I love seeing different interpretations. :)
Apologies, I was cooking and not wearing my glasses. I’m amazed I managed to spell anything.
They don’t make them like they used to.
There’s a Shackleton plaque in Eastbourne. Sunshine Coast fact. I used to live on the same road. Long after Shackleton obliviously.
Thanks for your kind comment.
And yes, I got a little rhcp moment there too and the name was originally Green Mild Jalapeños but I changed it so I wouldn't be too obvious :)
Do you have a particular topic or theme in mind? I can write lyrics about pretty much anything.
Hey, we've been paired for the random collab!
Thanks for the listen and comment on 'The Perfect Take'.
Addictive… damn, I just bought Superior Drummer. Does that mean we’re now deadly rivals?! Your drums sound better than mine, anyway, to my ears :)
Thanks man, I enjoyed that bass line and it all just happened so magically
Thank you .. I'm so glad you said the song was really funny as you're the first person to say that and that's what I was aiming for!!
Hey! Sorry for the late response. Send me what ya got.
Hey!!!! Thank you so much for your lovely comment on Lirope, would love to do a collab with you if you're still up for it!!! :)
super cool!! send it to my email, kaeli earle @ gmail . com (without spaces lmao.) I'm excited to hear what you did :)
Wires mate. For that gritty wobbly sound.
If I was Liam Neeson playing the parts he plays, I would be paranoid too. For a valid reason! :D I will certainly try the harmonies when I invent a melody. Let's hope I manage to compose something.
Thanks for your kind comments on "Ghost of a Thorn" - I look forward to listening to your music!
Thanks for your kind comment on I Put It Down. I really should go and finish it. But in true ADHD-style: That song is SOOOOOO last week.
Yep - you heard right, Frozen Strings.
I'm sure it's not the last time you'll them either....
Herbie Hancock's Chameleon is a great gateway piece for people getting into funk/jazz. It certainly was for me. I absolutely fell in love with style and sounds in those albums. Those Headhunter albums also blew my mind.
"jazz accident alert" would be a great band name :) Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for listening!
thanks for the nice comment :)
Hey, I wanted to stop by and say thanks for listening to The Gunfighter and the great comments. I appreciate it so much!!!
Hey thanks for your comment. Maybe you're right and I can build on EK001 as an instrumental instead of stressing about vocals. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment on our song "Who's Got the Poison?" We appreciate it :)
Thank you so much for your kind comment!
Thanks fonte, for reviewing El Rancho Grande.
Thanks for your comment on my song "Tio". On that song all the sounds are generated by the OP-Z, but I'm using the Hologram Microcosm to apply effects — that's where the lushness comes from! The Microcosm has been described as "the pedal that makes everything sound pretty".
That being said, the OP-Z is a super versatile machine... I like using it to write complete songs. Because it's so portable I take it with me everywhere, and I've written whole albums while traveling!
Yup! Putting it in my notebook as a reminder. THAT'S gonna happen.
Thanks for your comment on my fake band impersonation. This name inspired me to do some weird stuff. No idea if this genre already exists but I found a video of someone crossing Volksmusik with hardcore punk.
Hah, yea, I get what you mean about the Black Sabbath riff. Original idea was something like Dazed and Confused. I guess it came out sounding more like Sabbath boys.
Always good to hear you, friend. Working on a project with a deadline, so my writing has been hurried, but I do still want to put out some full productions, too. Colabbing would be fun, too. !
Thanks dude. It sounds live because it’s all one takes and I didn’t have time to set mics up properly! Sadly it’s distracted me from working on our song though - my apologies :(
That was indeed the Prophet V all over that track....
And yeah, that 'Fire' was a reach - just trying to put out my mind the thought that the neighbours popped in the garden during one of the takes where I didn't quite hit the note!
I make no apologies for writing stupid bits of falsetto nonsense that get stuck in peoples' heads. Let's start with modest ambitions then - I'll have a think about possible song ideas. My email's: [email protected] - can you drop me a line so I've got yours? And then if we can get in the same space late Feb all the better, but could equally be a non-FAWM thing!
Haha, we do indeed! I think there are two options, 1) do you have any little voice notes with random riffs etc that I could play with, or 2) do you want to try and meet up and jam and see if anything magical happens? Timing might be tricky on the latter but drop me an email if you fancy it :) (late now, time for bed….)
Yes bro. Let’s do it.
What’s your email and what daw you use?
Thanks for the comment!
I love Zappa so I’ll take that compliment thanks for listening!
Thank you for such kind words! If you follow us on insta I think we might be playing near your neck of the woods too
Thanks for your comment on Kevään ensimmäinen valonsäde, really appreciate it.
Howdy! I'm here! Looking forward to hearing you.
It’s crazy that my song popped up once you logged in . Thanks for the feedback man and yes. Let’s get a Colab going! !
Bring it y'all! :-) Thanks for the kind words!
Thanks ever so much for your comments on 'She'll Know Me'. So pleased you're liking the songs. I just hope they can keep coming. If you give me a follow on Facebook/Insta, I can keep you posted on gig dates. I see you're in London. I am planning to get down to London more this year so we can hopefully hook up at some stage.
Thanks for the comments. Look forward to hearing your stuff this year. :)
Have a good FAWM, looking forward to hearing what you come up with
Hey thanks! Have a great FAWM.
I'll do my best and I'm looking forward to hearing what you put out this year too.
You bet your bollocks I'm back for more!!! My creativity was stagnant for quite a few months, but it's coming back with a vengeance!! And as always, it's lovely to see that you've returned!!
Thank you, and to you!
Hey man! I kind of miss your old profile picture, but looking forward to hearing some slinky guitar stylings nonetheless. Ready for that collab we talked about last year? :)
Howdy! Good to see you back. R U ready?
Glad to hear you're in. I'm raring to get going!
Hope you're back for more this year!
Great to see you Back here !!
