I’m sorry that you’re going through rough waters. Maybe some days the music can be a bucket to help you bail some of the water out of your boat.
Thanks so much Cindyrella for your kind words and also commenting on Old Pine Ridge Road. Yes, writing music has been sort of a therapy.
I'm very sorry about your loss. That has to be so hard. I hope music helps some.
Likewise. You said some pretty kind things yourself when I needed them. It has helped me to live one day at a time...
Back to music though--I hope you can genuinely pour your heart into these songs and let the Truth flow!!
Thank you, Donna! I don't know if throwing myself into work 24/7 is super healthy for grief and stress, but I'm trying to have fun after the last few months. Not judging yourself for being productive or not is the way to be right now. A dear friend of mine told me to let the thoughts pass right through -- visualize a bullet through water. It's a Russian saying, so it doesn't fully translate but I felt it :)
I appreciate you listening. Twinkle is lovely!! I hope music is helping you!
Sending love, light, and big hugs back at you sister <3
Hi Donna! I also love Joni Mitchell :) I hope you'll be active during FAWM this year! Thank you again for your kindness and advice--it meant a lot to me!
