Artist Bio
Influences: Radiohead, Guided By Voices, Pixies
This is my second attempt at FAWM, last year I just concentrated on getting through the 14 songs with my brother @barryg (hear how we got on here: https://catfishlake.net/fawm.html ).
This year I would like to change things up and get involved in a lot more collaborations with random internet strangers! Happy to chip in with anything and everything (although I'm not much of a singer) so let me know if you are interested in a collaboration.

Hey, thanks for you comment on Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog! It’s mostly
a bunch of Wurlitzer sounds within Logic that I ran through an arpeggiator and various modulators. Then I added some pads and arrangement FX. Glad you liked it! -

Thanks for the feedback on "Love is my Favorite 4 Letter Word"! I like the idea of blending the acoustic and rocked-out versions. I am continuing to work on the lyrics for this one too -- there's so much more potential there! Thanks again!

That’s funny that you mentioned GBV….to duganesis….those guys (not Pollard-that’s another story) took care of me musically in the 90s…..took my bands on the road, gear, even gifted me songs. Doug Gillard is one of the nicest and kindest people in rock.

oh hell yeah on GBV. Feel free to throw something my way. When I rip them off it tends to be in the style of the golden age of Gillard. Of course I love throwaway pop nuggets too. [high kick]. I'm listening to a bit of Catfish... track 2, "Get Dark," immediately struck me with a Tobin influence. Lemme know if we're speaking the same language LOL
