Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to Before I thought of you. Means a lot from someone whose compositional skills I admire a lot.

Thank you, Billy, for the kind words on The Waltz. Afraid my music theory is pretty shaky and I didn’t use proper waltz time like I intended. It sort of felt like 3/4 to me, but I realize now that it’s something else—6/8 maybe?

Thanks for the nice comments on Let There Be Light, and I also wanted to say how much I'm really enjoying your songs! I love the range of styles and genres, from soundtracks, to RnB - wow! Very impressive. Will be back for more.

Thanks for listening and commenting on Doubt And Failure. I'm enjoying your mixes very much (and taking notes).

Thanks for the kind comments about "I Should Have Seen It Coming". The vocal is mine, but I only wish I could take credit for that guitar. I have to confess that the credit belongs to other unknown musicians plus the wisdom of an AI, all extracted from Band In A Box software.

Thank you for your listen and comments to Too much Baggage. Yes, that four lines was meant as a bridge. I should have marked it that way, but I was trying to get it posted for the skirmish, so didn’t get it done. I’ve gone back and fixed that. Thanks :)

I can hear that in what you're up to: you have an impressive ability to make use of what you've collected, and to do it cleanly -- the 4 different genres here aren't bleeding into each other, they're distinctively themselves. What a grand skill you have! I imagine you have worked hard at it, but some of it has to be really caring about getting things just right enough, paying attention to what works and what doesn't and then getting the work out, which is a lot of what people call "talent".

bunter, I got the corpse thing figured out. thanks for a great lead in!

  • @dock  Feb 2022

Hey bunter, I got the file. I had to do some wrangling because the FAWM hosted songs make my browser complain.
Your piano playing is beautiful, and it is a suggestive intro.

WHERE do I send my 10-15 sec bit on to, and where the full length bit?

  • @sph  Feb 2022
