Influences:   Bluegrass, folk and roots music, Mainline church hymnody.

I'm a pastor in the United Church of Christ, a denomination on the liberal side of things (not Church of Christ) and have been putting together bluegrass music and progressive theology to make songs that regular people can sing, both in terms of the tune and in terms of what it's saying.

I play mandolin, guitar, piano, and my favorite is upright bass. This is my fourth? year doing FAWM and I'm hoping to get a bunch of work done on an eventual second songbook that I maybe, hopefully, could put out this year? Possibly? And ideally, produce/edit/develop several songs for it.
