You're welcome :) You're damn right about the social media thing. I'm just getting old and don't understand what it is all about.
I enjoyed that you write genre for whatever kind of music. Tagging it appropiately may help you to find some collabs. When I started writing lyrics for different styles I just noticed, that the length and use of words can be very different. One rap I wrote has been nearly two pages long - and I wrote a rock song based on 2 stanzas.I wouldn't call myself a lyricist but I'm experimenting and learning. However alt rock is my favourite style to write and I hate writing ballads :D -

Thanks for your comments— you have a good point about “Bored” — it is definitely lacking something or a few somethings. At first I thought a slightly pointless feel would fit the lyric but I’m not sure it really works that way.

Yeah if you look at all the lyricists like Cindyrella Kahlo Arthur Rossi etc thats what they all do! Hey thanks for the feedback on Rescue. Between you and Nadine I decided to have a go at remixing. I reduced the tremolo depth by a third to soften the headphone issue and per your comment I rebalanced the keys and guitar to bring them up in the mix and boosted the vocals over the choruses. Lemme know what you think!

Regarding keeping up with yesterday: I had a friend who saved a year's worth of daily newspaper while he was away for a sabattical. Afterwards he tried to get updated on the last year's news. (This was obviously before public internet.)
